Happy New Year. May 2020 be a great year for you.

Sorry for the long wait, but we decided to start posting episodes again in January of the new year and not get lost in the year end rush of 2019.

This episode and the one that follows it were recorded in advance hence why some of the banter may be a little dated.

So in this weeks podcast we realized we had not actually spoken about the search engine algorithm. We spoke about the advent of the search engine in our first episode, but not really about its soul, the algorithm that sorts and presents information and results to users.

We will be focusing on Google's algorithm as it is the most commonly used one and is the foundation for all things SEO.

This episode will discuss the algorithm and the many forms it has evolved through, from its early days to the sophisticated monster it is now.

Really sorry for the long delay in getting Ep4 out. It is a complex topic which we wanted to explain right. So it took a few takes and numerous edits to get right.

This is a topic many SEO & Digital Marketing specialists seem to gloss over when developing websites and apps, but will offer more benefits in the long run than any digital marketing strategy would.

User interfaces and user experiences affect every facet of life, from physical to the digital. Without thoughtful design and consideration for both the end user and the supplier, a product or service is doomed to perform poorly.

This episodes aims to discuss the pure fundamentals of both elements and their importance both in the SEO field and the world at large.
