We must remember that these unprecedented events we are living through will not last forever, we must use different mediums that evoke positivity and guide us from the darkness. Music has always been that medium for me since I was a young boy. As an only child, I had a record player and a collection of John Williams Soundtracks, The Beatles, Motown, and many many more. These were my friends and the power of music always made me feel that I was never alone.

So I give you this gift from my soul, the music is your companion in the midst of social isolation, know that I am with you through this journey! So as I bare my soul, I hope I can enrich your life today and always with creativity and passion!

Greetings to all! It's a brand new day and decade! Welcome to the 58th Episode of Soulfrica entitled "Afrohouse Ascension". The word "Ascension" itself means, the process of spiritual awakening that moves you into a higher level of consciousness. This very meaning defines the connection we all have to the motherland AFRICA, how it grows and derives in us. How it moves us from its rhythms and controls our very essence to move freely and run with nature and all of earths blessings. I am honored to be blessed to share those spirits in motion through a level of higher consciousness, in the music that has evolve from the foundations of African music.

As I reflect on these past 10-years, I am reminded of how much change I have endured. Through the hardest of times and occasional falls, I find my way back to the path that my creator has set-fourth to follow. The years have been at a pace that one can only see as a flashback, you grow from your mistakes and people come and go and are but a memory in your own time capsule. In this decade, I have also learned to refine my craft in telling my musical story. Through pain and laughter I convey my feelings through my selections. This completes my journey, and sharing my musical journey with my listeners is a blessing! This particular journey is in-retrospect to who I've become, older, wiser and complete.

Hello my friends and followers! By the grace of God, I have been granted life on this earth for 50 Years! I feel very fortunate and blessed to share my milestone with all my listeners around the world! Here is an exclusive mix recorded live in my hometown Brooklyn, where it all started for me 32 Years ago. Growing up in Brooklyn when I was a young boy, both the streets and the people gave me motivation to share my passion and love of music. Today as I strive to achieve my academic goals, I never give up my passion for DJ'ing. I am whole when I play and complete when I experience that musical euphoria.
