Cem was born in Hatay-Antakya city in Turkey 1996. During his middle school years, he loved listening to music on television and was constantly closely following the music charts. Cem's interest in DJing was marked by the Swedish House Mafia feat in 2012. It began with John Martin's track “Don't Worry Child“. This piece fascinated him and increased his interest in electronic music quite a lot. He knew very well now what he wanted to be. the year 2012 was the turning point of his life for him. Since he wanted to be a DJ very much, he started researching about it and settled in Antalya the same year. He received training at Pro Dj Antalya studio and took the first step in his career. He continued his career as a DJ until 2019 by performing in Antalya's 5-star hotels. in 2020, he met Angry Records and received his production training from Yavuz Ofkeli.

Towards the end of 2021, Cem settled in Vilnius, Lithuania. The successful Dj and Producer, who continues his career in Vilnius, officially released his first track ‘TELL ME’ in July 2021 on Wild Motion Records. Tell me was supported by Lithuanian Power Hit Radio and played in their programs. Cem released his second track ‘THUNDER' with Angry Records in October 2021. Melodic house also includes these styles in Cem stages, which adopt Techno styles.
