In our third and final "Welcome Back" installment, we are glad to be joined by another close friend of Coach E and the Director of Career Services for the Cleveland Institute of Art, Lauren Ryan. 

• Together, Lauren and Coach E share the origins of their relationship. We, even, get Coach E to break down and share a funny story in "Gettin' To Know Coach E" (05:00).
• From there, Lauren gets candid about her background. We talk about everything from what it was like growing up with parents who are officers of the court to her interesting sports journey from being a significant high school basketball player that lead her to walk away from the game twice (11:43).
• With her family background and her current position, we delve a couple of current events that tie in to both. We discuss  the first black woman being nominated to the Supreme Court. And with SCOTUS looking at an affirmative action case regarding college admissions, we get into whether affirmative action should exist (32:20).
• We wrap our conversation with an exchange on our Browns and Cavaliers (55:37). 

As always, Coach E sends us out on our week with a post game word on "Be Encouraged" (1:02:18).
