DJ Derrick E.

Remix of a track that was given to me a long time ago. The quality of the vocals were crap, but I made lemonade out lemons. Enjoy!! This is the extended version.

An unreleased remix. (in fact the none of the tracks never got released at all!) This is an exclusive.

Another laid back track that I haven't figured out a name for.

An old track that I created and never did anything with.

Throwback Thursday Mix #41

Dance mixes created by Derrick E. Productions.

One of my many guest mixes on the B96 Street Flava Show.

The B96 Street Flava (1994-1999)

In late 1994, Julian “Jumpin” Perez created a broad-based, personality-heavy radio show that would represent the music evolution occurring on the streets and in the night clubs of Chicago. The show was called ‘The B96 Street Flava’. Airing prime time each Sunday, ‘Street Flava’ was an immediate hit and sounded even more rhythmic that what the station normally sounded during the non-mixshow hours. The mixes were usually done by guest DJs rather than the regular B96 mixmasters.
