Chrissie & I met when she worked for Derrick May'z label Transmat back in the early 90'z. We became very close friend'z from then on. We had our own langauge through these mixtapez. She knew me so well, like for example. After we had a phone conversation & she felt like I needed some motivation, she would either send me 1 of her mixtapez or a tape like thiz 1 by Cari Lekebusch.

Let me tell you, thiz tape hit the spot like good medicine that only Dr. Detreux can prescribe.

Let'z roll back 2 tha year of 1998... We're in Nashua, NH @ an Operation Boom event. These parties were more like indoor raves. The club was spacious with a couple rooms & all pounding that Hard House & Techno. A very mixed crowd with that rave vibe. I got this tape recording CZR & DJ Dan when I played there alongside DJ Trajic of Chicago'z Underground Construction Records. I gotta give mad propz 2 my brother Santos Garcia of Thee Chi-Town Posse'.

Now back 2 this tape, the day after tha night I played. We hung out and listen 2 various tapez of previous eventz they had & I dubbed a few 4 my then radio show on 91.5 FM WPRK in Orlando. Anywayz we got CZR bangin' those Hrad Chicago beatz in2 DJ Dan'z San Fran flava.
