Warwick University is currently engulfed in a scandal which ultimately comes back to men misbehaving. It seems as if there is an overriding theme of men not being able to properly conduct themselves in the last 5-6 years. 

 

Question is, why and how is this all happening? Is it because men have no idea how to conduct themselves or is it just a number of delinquents ruining it for everyone?

Adrien Broner, Greg Hardy & Floyd Mayweather are constantly in the spotlight, but they all seem to have quite dark pasts, that being domestic violence. I wanted to ask why these athletes seem to be violent wherever they go and how their careers may have led to these issues.

My aim with this piece is for younger people between the ages of 17-23 to gain a greater understanding of how to maintain their wellbeing beyond just physical activity. Many believe that the best solution to improving their wellbeing is with physical activity, but this is not the best solution for all. Moreover, even if physical activity is a great solution for many being equipped with a multitude of techniques to improve one’s wellbeing is only beneficial.
