With free agency right around the corner, the Super Flexible gang embarks on it’s first of many unique mock drafts, this one involving ONLY players who will likely be NFL free agents. In this three-team snake draft, the guys draft a team consisting of a QB, two RBs, two WRs, a TE and a superflex position (and the final rosters are posted on Twitter, @SuperFlexPod!). Can the guys all put quarterbacks at their superflex positions? Kirk Cousins and Le’Veon Bell are the top two free agents, but who gets drafted first? And which wide receiver – Allen Robinson, Sammy Watkins and Jarvis Landry are the top names available – will get drafted first? The inmates are running the asylum! Travis and James have free reign with John in the basement for the week, and they’ve got some interesting wide receivers to analyze as the “Position Dissection” rolls on. Mike Evans was a top 2 dynasty ASSET going into 2017, but after a decent start to the season, he fizzled and was abysmal in the second half of the season; did “The Brain” and “The Beard” jump off the bandwagon along with the majority of dynasty owners? Robby Anderson experienced a breakout season, but nine offseason charges of (allegedly) resisting arrest have dynasty owners wondering about his availability… and his overall value. Fantasy stars Stefon Diggs and Alshon Jeffrey shined brightest on the grand stage of the NFC playoffs – Diggs with the Minnesota Miracle and Jeffrey with a champion’s performance in the Super Bowl – but what is the outlook going forward, with quarterback changes likely coming and loaded receiving corps in both offenses?

Plus, Devin Funchess settles into the lead receiving option role, Nelson Agholor is the perfect sidekick in a quest to repeat, JuJu is ready for takeoff into the stratosphere and beyond, and Dez Bryant faces an offseason of uncertainty. All that and more on the first of two episodes this week!

The dissection of the wide receiver position continues, as Travis and John explore the rest of the top 16 fantasy performers in 2017, from Adam Thielen to Demaryius Thomas. Thielen seems to have emerged as a top fantasy asset, but can he sustain the production as the Vikings prepare to change quarterbacks? And Thomas also awaits a quarterback change, but his own uncertainties may overshadow his quarterback anyways. Tyreek Hill already knows who his new quarterback will be, there’s just disagreement among the SuperFlex SuperFriends as to the affect Pat Mahomes (and other offensive changes) will have on Hill.
