West Side Chicago’s own “Bop King” DLOW is a multi-talented artist known for creating “The DLOW Shuffle,” which turned into a social media trend challenging young people to express themselves through hip-hop dance. Following the release of “Shuffle 3.0” this spring, DLOW stopped by the Vocalo studios to sit down for an on-air conversation with mornings host Bekoe. They discussed DLOW’s work engaging with youth activism around Chicago, the essence of bopping, the origin of Team Fiesta and how he hopes to give back to his community.
