Episode 4 discussing discipline and how it is a daily practice. Relating some different things I have done in my life and how discipline ties into our daily habits. I shared a couple of reflections I have had while thinking about the topic and ending with a quote from Warren Buffet. "We don't have to be the smarter than the rest, we have to be more disciplined than the rest".
