This episode is about Personal Responsibility. Taking accountability and extreme ownership. Everything that happens in your life good and bad is directly your fault. Only you are responsible for your happiness, and while we may not be in control of what is happening to us, it is up to us for how we choose to respond. In this episode we talk about intuition and how trusting or ignoring those instincts will shape your perspective of the world and of yourself. This episode is about self-care and a couple of things that I have been doing to take care of myself. Drinking more water, doing yoga, exercising, massage, and acupuncture.
