When she was younger, she calls herself the Statue of Liberty. Why? Because she was always after justice. When she saw injustices, she stands up for it, and see to it that it gets resolved. Isn’t that a marvelous quality? It is! And we are happy that she’s come to our podcast to help us control our destiny today and to rise up if you’ve hit your rock bottom or just feeling down. She is no other than, Sherry Peel Jackson. Listening to her early life; how she stood up for what she believes in; how she helped and is helping many people keep, protect and grow their income, is a marvel to hear and learn from.

Sherry grew up in a lower-middle-class family with a pretty solid upbringing. Due to her inclination for justice, her highschool’s vice-principal called her parents and tried to urge them to get her to go into law. She was not so convinced about the law system, so when she was scanning a magazine about lucrative careers for black people, she figured she’d wanted to pursue accounting. She did become a CPA, worked at a CPA firm, then at the IRS. Her turning point was when she learned about We the People Foundation and about how income taxes are a fraud. The government prosecuted her and other people in their group and she was convicted on a misdemeanor charge and was given a four-year sentence. After serving three years she was out and had to start from rock bottom.

From having nothing to back to a six-figure income, Sherry was able to design a system to help other people blaze a path like herself. Today, she is a personal finance advisor and business strategist helping people keep, protect, and grow their income for them to live a life by their design. Whether you are a full-time or part-time employee wanting to transition from your job to a full-time business that you love, or a business owner wanting to learn more about laws and taxes to keep more of what you earn than to pay income taxes, Sherry is one of the best people to listen to. [11:28] "We would tell the people to do their own research, do your due diligence and figure out whether you're going to be a slave or get off the plantation."

[14:34] "I had to start at rock bottom, no more six figures. I had given up my licenses, my CPA license, and my CFE license. I sent all that back to them..."

[15:28] The KPG System: "This system means Keep what you earn, Protect what you earn, and Grow what you earn. I actually use that system with me as, you know, the test subject. And that's where I started from rock bottom, back to six figures."

[18:16] The wealthy don't pay taxes. Leona Helmsley said a long time ago, "Only the poor people pay taxes". Because the tax code, the way it's written, it helps all these businesses, and these congressmen and senators and all that. I'm saying is using the law, just like the wealthy, will have you come up with the results of where you're still making money, but you don't pay as much tax.

[21:18] Keeping what we earned means two things: 1. Not spending that money. 2. Reducing your expenses.

[21:43] Success comes from being able to execute a high level for an extended period of time.

[22::45] It's not about what you earn, it's about what you keep. And if you earn it, but you haven't put systems in place to keep it, then you're going to lose everything you have. Protect from the predators.

[23:50] Grown your money. You get wealthy by, making sure that you don't spend more than you earn for one thing, but you can't save yourself rich.

[25:35] "Questions to design your future". what do I want? why do I want it? what am I willing to give up to get it?

[26:57] We're not gonna grow wealth with our job. A job and education in college are highly overrated. Money is easy to do when you create something one time and then you sell it to millions of people.

[35:05] You find ways to get the resources. That's all the wealthy people do. The rich get richer because they use it money not to go buy stuff that is not liabilities but to get more assets.

[37:21] Get a mentor. Get with somebody who, who is already doing what you want to do and get trained by them
