I'm going through it b. This is just a small update as to how I'm going through it

I'm burning out, not gonna lie. Get some discipline in your life. Write your goals. Stick to them and go to sleep

This week we have another driving episode. With his driving episode I lose my mind a little less and traffic. This is part 3 of the traffic series where we focus on staying the course in life. STOP LOOKING AT PEOPLE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND SLOWING DOWN. Pullover and look. Otherwise, get out of the way for people who are heading to their destination full speed.

Guys, I'm mad sick and dying. I ramble on in this episode, but bearwith me. I dropped an important tidbit for perception on ourselves.

We tend to allow our past to distract us from the future that's been set in front of us. We allow it to dismantle our positive lives in front of us. We aren't allowing that anymore.
