We cover how adults and kids can stay healthy with Do-In Yoga and Meditation.

We touch upon Shamanism and how that influenced her new book for children "Journey Along To The Eagle".  A book that allows children to travel through stories/meditations to their power animal which will help them with intense emotions, school anxiety and generally feeling more grounded, safe and happy.
