Find a way to get it done. Don't let perfect continue to be the enemy of done. You can find a way when you let go of the thought it has to be great every time.
Hurt, tired, sore... doesn't matter. There's some version of progress you can still accomplish. Can't bear weight on a foot or leg? Then try biking, one foot jump rope, or use a hand bike. Arms or shoulders are the problem? Run, walk, or ruck.
This isn't just about physical tasks, either. The same applies to your learning or whatever other task you have at hand. Do 5 minute rounds of something if your brain is struggling. Break it down as small as you need, rest, then repeat.
No excuses!
