In this new post-pandemic season of H2BH, I turn the podcast into a weed-friendly morning talk show about mental wellness and life in a pandemic. 

One hour of an honest, unedited conversation with another human. That's it. ;)

In this episode, I spend the morning with one of my dear friends and local Charlotte artist, Libby Reynolds, as we gush over Hayley Williams and the Petals For Armor release, discuss how we are staying creative in quarantine, literally walk through my extreme anxiety of being on camera, and Libby talks about what it's like to get engaged during a pandemic!
