Welcome to Agmenesta!In this episode, our DM, John lays out the history of the world we play in, learn all about our surroundings and where we'll be adventuring.It’s been almost a two centuries since the shattering occurred when the power-crazed Emperor Bernard Galen, in an attempt to restart his conquest of the surrounding kingdoms and to end the mage/dragon conflict currently terrorizing his empire, ingested massive amounts of draconic blood to increase his powers. In a single instant the continent itself was torn apart, cities vanished, the sea raged while whole forests were burnt to dust and the Emperor was gone.Years later, during the height of what is now known as the Shattering War, the Archmage Komar discovered a way to bind the dragons to another plane effectively banishing a large number of them from our world and taking away the mages source of enhancing their powers.
