Do you tend to keep things that you don’t need now, “just in case” they might be useful one day? In this chat, Tristan ponders about the accumulation of 'stuff’. We take a deep dive on his emotions, childhood upbringing and the memories that keeps flooding back every time he wants to let go of the physical emotional baggage.

Baylee’s fascination with personal finance started when she was 13 and in and out of school because her church didn’t believe in “government institutions”. As a teenager, Baylee worked odd jobs to earn money to get an education. But saving isn’t always so easy when your brain still holds onto memories of the past. We chat about money disorders, financial hangups and how earlier experiences can shape our inner beliefs and attitudes about money.

I’m joined by energy medicine practitioner, content manager, certified yoga instructor, and wellness writer Larell Scardelli (what can’t this gal do?!) to chat about her journey of healing acne and heartache. In it, she shares what propelled her learning in Eastern arts, how it has impacted on her view of relationships, and the difficult task of letting go.
