A lot of our beliefs are based on what we’ve learned from our past… even from childhood. That’s true of our biblical beliefs as well. Our belief system is a mix of memories, experiences, teachings we’ve received and actual scripture. This Sunday we will approach The Lord’s Supper as though we knew nothing and go straight to the scriptures to see what Jesus and His disciples actually experienced and taught. The message, “Do This in Remembrance of Me,” will perhaps change our appreciation and comprehension of the Lord’s Supper each time we partake of it.
