I've been thinking about all I've achieved in 2019, with the podcast, with my relationships, with my physical fitness, with my mental health. There are a lot of 'wins'. 

I share how I'm feeling about going into 2020, and all those fears around not achieving enough over the last decade. Here's a secret: a LOT of us are feeling insufficiently successful when we look across the decade. 

But I share why I've NOT made a list of achievements for the DECADE, and why I've concentrated on the last 12 months - and the future year!
