What exactly is 15 Minutes of Freedom?  I learned it from my mentor Cathy Heller.  It's simply taking 15 minutes out of your day for self care. And I love that it is called 15 minutes of freedom, because self care really is freedom! It is doing what you want, what you need, to nourish your body and soul, so that you can show up for yourself better in the world and show up better for others.  Then you can truly be the person you want to be every day.
