Many times people with OCD have a very hard time with change. We build up such routines around our compulsions and make sure to stay within what is comfortable and familiar within our lives. But experiencing change, especially unavoidable change, is an part of being human. Don't let OCD sabotage you during this time when you're already trying to adjust to your new normal - be patient with yourself and allow yourself to make mistakes. It's going to be okay and every change brings with it the potential of new adventure!
