Today we are talking about emergencies. You might not realise, if you do not work in hospitality, that there is a lot of Health and Safety and Risk Assessment training that we go through in order to keep you, and ourselves safe. We also are very much aware when you smoke in a room. The fire panel will tell us and we will come and investigate, this includes when you remove the head of the fire detector... so please don't do it - this is a big Tip for you!! We also go through a lot of other events and incidents that happen. We have so many that we have split this topic into several parts.
