Just as a leader needs the inner wealth and abundance to lead successfully on the outside, the leader first need an inner Shepherd to lead. In this podcast the Shepherd is Jesus Christ. Jesus in the only one who can and has met the demand of the conscience of the leader. Having an inner Shepherd means inviting Jesus in the heart by simple speaking to God to Jesus to come into the heart and be the Lord and the Savior.
