In this first podcast of the new year, we process how to have healthy and realistic expectations for ourselves, for others and for life's situations. We share some examples of times when we have expectations which were not met or fell short. We discuss how to develop healthy expectations in order to enjoy every moment in life even when things are not going the best. We encourage ourselves to look for what is going right instead of focusing on all the things that didn't happen the way we thought or expected in order to be in the moment and find joy in every situation. Listen and learn to identify the most realistic take away from what life sends along.
