After much thought and many prayers, Michele has made the tough decision to let go of the podcast. Lauren has shown such amazing support for Michele at this turning point. This will be our last episode for the Well-Yes! podcast. We share how difficult this is to say good-bye but encourage our listeners to follow our example and not be afraid of letting go of things that do not align with our goals which can change as we continue to grow.
