Savannah needed to go on a healing journey before she could become the person who could help others as a Health and Body Image Coach. Focusing on her body and how it looked was something Savannah needed to push past. She needed to heal from the dysfunctional thinking after a life of competitive sports and messages she received from everywhere as she grew up. She realized she needed to let go of things that didn't serve her like stepping on the scale or looking at weight goals. She also surrounded herself with books, podcasts and people who lifted her up to heal and grow past these old and dysfunctional patterns. This was a process she needed to move through which took time for this evolution. "I wanted to attract the people who craved healing and bettering themselves", which has led her start a new program to help women love themselves.
