Instead, take a listen to hear my argument for why tracking calories is more important to losing the weight and keeping it off. But hear me out: I do and will ALWAYS advocate for a balanced approach to nutrition: moderation and feeling empowered in your choices are key in your weight loss journey so that you can lose weight without being miserable.
