While many coaches require tracking, I take a more individualized approach. For some women, tracking is a powerful and necessary tool to create awareness and momentum. For others, it’s not the place to start. I break down why there’s no one-size-fits-all plan and how I determine the right strategy based on your current habits, goals, and lifestyle—because real results come from a plan that actually fits you.

I also walk you through the true value of tracking—not just for hitting calorie targets, but for understanding how to fuel your body in a way that supports fat loss, energy, and satisfaction. Using real-life examples (yes, including my favorite Starbucks breakfast), I explain how small shifts in food choices can dramatically change how full and energized you feel without increasing calories. Whether you’re brand new to macros or have tried tracking before, this episode will help you see it as a tool for awareness—not restriction.
