Hesitation is an energy leak. It is also one expression of moments of vulnerability. How do we train our muscle of 'deciding' to act in such a way that neither gets stuck in the so-called 'analysis paralysis' nor reacts too fast and become 'impulsive'? In between both ends of the spectrum exists a space that is more connected to ourselves. In today's busy daily routine, what simple steps can we take in order to awaken this muscle of a 'self-connected' decision? In this three-part series on hesitation, I will discuss the most common causes of hesitation and present simple steps that could help us enjoy a smoother act of decision-making.
