There is a new bill being proposed in the Utah legislature that would require parents who make money from their actor kids or from posting about their children on social media to set aside money for their children. The bill would also give the children the right to demand that their pictures being taken down after they turn 18. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests on A Woman's View what they think about that.
