In this episode, I dive into the real real of what it’s like to get in arguments with your husband, get frustrated with life, juggle a full-time corporate job, a business, motherhood, and moving twice in a year with a toddler, and cats.
This is not another episode about how to look at your life with rose-colored glasses or paint on gratitude to mask what you’re actually feeling.
It’s an opportunity to accept the parts of yourself that have been tucked away in your shadow, that may have felt uncomfortable to accept, and have become a way we further guilt and shame ourselves and put SO much pressure on ourselves to be perfect - or at least incredibly close to it.
Sometimes what we really need is to drop the yardstick of productivity for what to choose in a given moment, and do something just purely because we like it and go all in.
The key is knowing what YOU need, and this episode shares how I found what I needed in the moment to help get me back to who I want to be and how I want to show up - so you can tap into how to recognize this for yourself and give yourself so much compassion for whatever it is.
To anyone feeling overwhelmed, run-down, or overstimulated - this is for you.
