Your Monday morning struggle isn't a personal failing - it's a cosmic misalignment. You've been forcing Mars energy (hit the ground running) on Moon day (settle in, prep, vision). What if instead of fighting your natural rhythms, you could work WITH them?
Meet Lauren Poppins Raye, the cosmic business witch who discovered that your biggest productivity hack isn't another app or planner - it's your planetary team. After building and selling a successful tax practice, Lauren merged her grounded business wisdom with deep astrological knowledge to create something revolutionary: a way to use the planets as your business advisory board.
In this episode...
🌙 Why Monday being "Moon Day" changes everything about your weekly workflow
⚡ How to stop forcing the wrong energy on the wrong days and start working WITH your natural rhythms
🔥 What it feels like when inspiration hits like a fire hose and how to channel it
💫 Why the planets aren't just cosmic decoration - they're reflections of different parts of you that need to be honored
👥 The revolutionary concept of treating planets as your cosmic co-workers and business team
💰 How your "money mode" (lifer, serial monogamous, or polyamorous) determines your ideal business structure
🧭 Why your revenue goals should be based on YOUR vision, not "Susie Scales A Lot's" Instagram posts
This isn't about cute Cosmo daily horoscopes - this is about practical magic that transforms how you show up for your business. When you align your workflow with planetary energies, you're not just being more productive, you're honoring all parts of yourself and creating sustainable success that feels like flow instead of force.

In this episode, I reflect on the profound lessons and inspirations drawn from the fig trees we planted in our yard. Starting as mere sticks in cups, these fig trees embody the essence of patience and persistence, mirroring our efforts in growing a business and the importance of consistently showing up and tending to our dreams, even when progress isn't visible on the surface.
Much like nurturing a plant, we can nurture ourselves and our businesses by keeping faith during periods of uncertainty and building sustainable practices that allow for growth and restoration.

In this episode, I dive into the real real of what it’s like to get in arguments with your husband, get frustrated with life, juggle a full-time corporate job, a business, motherhood, and moving twice in a year with a toddler, and cats.
This is not another episode about how to look at your life with rose-colored glasses or paint on gratitude to mask what you’re actually feeling.
It’s an opportunity to accept the parts of yourself that have been tucked away in your shadow, that may have felt uncomfortable to accept, and have become a way we further guilt and shame ourselves and put SO much pressure on ourselves to be perfect - or at least incredibly close to it.
Sometimes what we really need is to drop the yardstick of productivity for what to choose in a given moment, and do something just purely because we like it and go all in.
The key is knowing what YOU need, and this episode shares how I found what I needed in the moment to help get me back to who I want to be and how I want to show up - so you can tap into how to recognize this for yourself and give yourself so much compassion for whatever it is.
To anyone feeling overwhelmed, run-down, or overstimulated - this is for you.

What if I Never Wake Up?
These words have raced through my mind & buzzed in my body threatening my very existence, several times in my life. These moments were so raw, visceral and real, that I thought I’d never make it past 35.
In this soul-baring episode, I reveal the pivotal points that have led me to share my story now and the hidden struggles that high-achieving women often endure in silence. Anxiety, panic, ADHD, and inflammatory diseases, all disproportionately affect more women than men. But it doesn’t have to stay this way - we can shift the paradigm.
You don’t have to be alone in this anymore.

So much is asked of you in this world. Today, we guide you in setting some of it down.
Just your existence and your being here is enough.
Allow that to sink in. Let that be the balm you need today.
Perfectionism, second-guessing, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and beating ourselves up are toxins I’m all too familiar with. While I’ve made a ton of progress at not letting them run the show anymore – they like to find ways to creep back in.
If you're having one of those days where you're barking at people and you're like, “Why am I doing this? I know better.”
Then this episode is for you - it’s the soft place to land to give yourself the hug you need and the compassion your inner child is longing for. It’s the place where you get to see someone experience this, and normalize it.
We don’t have to be perfect, we just need to know how to return to ourselves.
There is nothing wrong with you. Your body just needs something, and today we learn to listen to it and to give it what it’s asking for.
Today, we let go of those mechanisms we’ve built within ourselves that are constantly tearing us down.
SPECIAL GIFT FOR THIS TRIBE:
If you feel like your days are passing by at a snail’s pace and yet your weeks fly by at lightning speed, it’s time to look at your relationship with time.
It’s time to look deeper at how much you are asking of yourself and when.
It’s time to put down the constant planning and step into the life that is truly yours through DESIGN.

Reclaim Your Self-Deservingness and Magic - Own Your Special Snowflake Code
Today we zoom out to zoom in. Through recognizing the stars that had to align for you to be born on this earth, you reinforce within yourself the inherent, unique star quality you have.
Our society has tried to weigh that down and bury it, but this episode reminds us that together we can change direction and shift paradigms by waking up to the special codes and gifts that have been dormant within us for too long, stifled by things like the 40-hour workweek and sardine-can schedules.
Work culture has conditioned us to put others before ourselves and tie our value to our productivity. Let’s declare that “busy” is no longer a badge you agree to wear.
Reclaim your snowflake code and start taking action towards living the life that has YOU written all over it.
If anything strikes a chord in this episode or smells familiar, I’ve got something special to help you shift out of the siren song of toxic, robotic productivity and into the big, bold, beautiful life you long to be DRENCHED in.

In this episode, we delve into the power of shifting from talking about our dreams to owning our desires. Owning our desires brings us closer to what we truly want by recognizing that we have the power to take intentional, aligned actions toward bringing those desires to life.
We are no longer at the mercy of what happens to us. We can instead embody the perspective of – how are these things for us? Our desires are unique to us, and that’s why we feel so pulled to them.
It’s time to lean into them, and this episode guides you in doing just that so you can keep blazing the trail to your own f*** yes, beautiful, life that has you written all over it.
I’ve also got something super special from this episode – the new Week Design guide I just created for you that is the perfect pairing for the mindset shifts we cultivate in this episode.
