My name is Dr. Patrice Carter and I am healing from being a self bully. What does this even mean? Have you ever heard of this? How do you even know if you're bullying yourself?

Indicators of Self Bullying:

  • Negative internal self talk to include criticism, judgment or mean comments to yourself about yourself; 
  • Overworking yourself and not taking or allowing yourself to take breaks; 
  • Skipping self care; 
  • Making yourself feel guilty or telling yourself that you'll be a failure If ... 
  • Believing the negative truths about yourself and then acting on them.

    • Keep listening/watching as I share the 10 ways the Holy Spirit revealed to me that I was bullying myself and what He told me to do!
