Having children - it’s not an uncommon thing. In fact, about 385,000 babies are born each day according to the UN. That adds up to more than 140 million a year! That is a lot of women giving birth ( and we salute you!) You get the general gist of what happens right? Pregnancy, the morning sickness, the trimesters and then comes labor and giving birth. But how much do you really know?!
In this week’s episode, we invited Jess to provide insights into pregnancy and giving birth, because well…she’s done it! And she is here to tell you everything that no one ever bothers to tell you, as she shares her story. It’s something that all the research in the world couldn’t prepare you for, as every birth story is unique! So strap yourselves in, an honest conversation is coming right up!
Disclaimer – if you have a weak stomach, and don’t like the joy and miracle that is giving birth – this episode may not be for you!

A similar law already exists in France, which is aimed to stop unrealistic portrayals of beauty on social media platforms. So is this the answer? We are diving into the research around it, and the impact social media is having on our well-being.
