This week I'm coming to you with a solo episode all about the importance of maintaining a tight grip on your own boundaries as a way of doing YOUR thing in life and parenthood.

Especially pertinent at the time of recording (mid festive seaon!) BUT hugely relevant EVERY day of the year as a way of protecting our energy and wellbeing as Mums.

In this episode I share some guidance around the basics of boundary setting, to help you to lay some sturdy foundations in the parts of your life that need protecting.

I explain how and why it can be so impactful to stand strong and honour your own boundaries - EVEN when it feels easier to give in to other peoples whims at the expense of your own.

I then finish up sharing a simple but powerful tool to support and empower you to hold your nerve, commit to your own boundaries and show up for yourself. Because you are SO very worth it!

This episode of 'Do Your Thing' is one from my Instagram live archives, with personal stylist Alex Standley, where we talk all about owning your personal style as a way of ‘doing your thing’ in life and Motherhood.
