On today's Dock Talk, Jeff is spending some time with a gentleman who had a huge impact on his life, Nigel Calder.  An author, off-shore sailor and all-around marine systems guru.  In this two-part series, Jeff and Nigel discuss lithium batteries, grounding systems, lightning strikes, high output alternators, a new solar panel and an exciting new development in lead-acid battery technology.  As well, Nigel is introducing his new Boat How To course designed to teach boaters how to be self-reliant on the water and save money fixing things yourself.
