On this episode, I meet with Dr. Dawn Koltes at Iowa State University. We are visiting the turkey's Corn and Cob in their beautiful turkey palace! Before coming to reside at Iowa State, Corn and Cob received a Presidential pardon. This saved them from the Thanksgiving dinner table and made it possible for them to be with us today.

In addition to admiring these handsome fellows, I also take some time to talk turkey. Dr. Koltes gets me up to speed on the turkey industry, Iowa and beyond.
