In this episode of Doctor and _____: Multidimensional Women in Medicine we chat with Dr. Theresa Rohr-Kirchgraber, a Pediatrician, Professor of clinical internal medicine and pediatrics at Indiana University School of Medicine, an active member and past president of the American Medical Women’s Association, and a writer for the Adolescent Medicine Review Course. Dr. Rohr-Kirchgraber is passionate about the impact of healthy lifestyles and volunteers to speak on local and national radio and television programs to help advocate for health promotion. She is also an advocate for Gender Equity.
During this episode we talk about gender equity in medicine, how to be an advocate in medicine, and work-life balance. Dr. Rorh-Kirchgraber also offers advice on how we can serve as our own advocates and better negotiate.
