I know I’ve gone on about it quite a bit, but Chris Chibnall has got a pretty spotty track record with Who in my eyes, so with such and epic title before him can he pull it off?

My good friend, editor-in-chief of Nerdist News, and dinosaur enthusiast Brian Walton returns to the podcast to take on episode 2 of series 7. The Doctor has a gang, Mitchell and Webb are robots and of course there are dinosaurs. It all adds up to a pretty fun episode of “Doctor Who” and a pretty fun episode of this podcast.

The long wait is over! “Doctor Who” has returned to our screens with a fantastic season opener chock full of surprises and of course

You seen him at conventions, he has probably offered you a Jelly Baby, Bob Mitsch joins me on the podcast this week to discuss “The Face of Evil.”

For me this episode is all about Leela. If it weren’t for the superb performance of Louie Jameson and the introduction of the amazing character of Leela, this episode wouldn’t be half as good as it is. But it is that good! Bob and I dissect it pretty thoroughly and if you aren’t convinced after this episode to give it a second or first or fifth episode, than I just don’t know how I can help you.

Apologies are in order, this episode should have gone up earlier this week, but I have been sick as a dog. Regardless, it was so much fun to get my very good friend Ewan Anderson on the show (finally!) to talk about the Neil Gaiman penned episode “The Doctor’s Wife.”

We go off on a lot of tangents in this episode because we’re nerdy and that’s what we do, but I truly hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed recording it. You can definitely look forward to further appearances from Ewan on this here podcast.

The lovely and talented Chloe Dykstra joins me this week to talk what could possibly be the best Tennant Era episode, “Midnight.”

Chloe is one of my favorite people. Her fandom knows no boundaries (well except for My Little Pony, but who can blame her?) and her costumes are legendary. But her love for Doctor Who

We promised it would happen. Steven from Radio Free Skaro and I set our sights squarely on David Tennant and RTD’s farewell story and we are not kind.

This episode of the podcast is a catharsis. I needed to get this off my chest. I was a 10th Doctor lover, but I can no longer apologize for how his departure was handled. I’m so glad that I have Steven to support and re-inforce my feelings on “The End of Time Parts 1 & 2.” I can only hope our discussion helps some of you come to terms with these issues that plague many a Doctor Who fan. Also it was fun… Enjoy!

I am joined this week by Phil Cannon one of the hosts of the excellent Who’s He? Podcast to discuss the polarizing 3rd Doctor story, “Inferno.”

I’m such a big fan of Paul’s and it was so much fun to geek out with him about Doctor Who for a little bit. If you haven’t listened to his comedy and podcasts you are doing yourself a great disservice. He really might just be a Time Lord…seriously.

Apologies for the sound towards the end, apparently my microphone came unplugged. I’m hopeful though that it doesn’t ruin what is otherwise a fantastic episode of the podcast. “The Time Meddler” should be included in any Doctor Who primer. If you haven’t seen it you should and I think Kyle and I make a clear case as to why.
