Our guest this time is comic book writer & artist Matthew Dow Smith!  Matthew joins us this episode to talk about his career in the comic world working on such properties as The X-Files, The Uncanny X-Men, Supernatural, and of course, Doctor Who.  What inspired him to enter the world of writing and drawing for comic books?  How did that lead to working on Doctor Who?  And what does he have planned for the future?

Then Matthew presents his Guest Selection - the incredibly influential 1960s spy-fi classic TV show, The Avengers!  We talk about Steed and Mrs. Peel and their wide influence over the spy genre since first appearing on our screens worldwide.  What made it such a fun & exciting watch and would it hold up today if it was suddenly rebooted?

This month, we are joined by actor Jeremy Radick who played Gareth the Security Guard in the Doctor Who 1996 TV Movie with Paul McGann.  Jeremy has performed on many other shows including Psych, The Odyssey, and The X-Files.  We discuss his acting career and hear behind the scenes stories of his experiences with Doctor Who, Ryan Reynolds, and a very funny moment on the X-Files.

We also catch up on Series 10 of Doctor Who and spend some time on the series that Jeremy has chosen for us this month - the 1967 sci-fi classic, The Prisoner!

So we thought we'd do something a little different this month...

About a year and a half ago, we paired some of our favorite movies with Doctor Who stories and we got such a great response that we decided to do it again.  Now telling you the movies and the stories would be cheating, but we can tell you that this time we have 4 movie/Doctor Who pairings and they are movies that you know and love....well most of them anyway.
