Gary vee always promotes documentation over creation as the key to building an authentic audience all whilst staying true to yourself. For me being employed by a big company and working with clients it's always creation, mapping it out months in advance. I have been pre-built through employment to create my communication rather than document it. I now have the false view that documenting is doing something on the fly with no planning, purpose or direction. When you rip the layers off this false mindset, you realise social media or any platform you communicate on is just a place for one human to speak to another human. Another human on your journey may engage in creation of communication, but I don't believe they will truly believe you or take action on it because you haven't built any trust with them. You have to be willing to be vulnerable and speak your real thoughts in your mind at that moment of your journey to get to the true conversation that needs to happen for you and your listener to get over that challenge you are both facing. That's why now from this episode forward I am aiming to discuss my 'Real Thoughts'.
