Today, I speak with Dr. Odell Miller, owner of Off the Bench Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Odell shares his journey from the NFL to physical therapy school, and what motivates him to strive to do everything to the highest level. Being an elite athlete, Odell takes the lessons he learned from sports to his practice as a physical therapist and coach. He now strives to pass on what he’s learned to others and help broaden opportunities for those coming up behind him.
