What does it take to amaze Jesus? Just This: It is Faith … Audacious faith … Unexpected faith … Unashamed faith. That is what impresses Jesus.

Pray that God will give you Missionary Eyes. Those are eyes that see the real needs of the people you meet. Pray that God will bring at least one person across your path who needs the help only you can give. That is a prayer God will answer, for there are folks all around you who are just barely making it.

Jesus said, “Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me.”

Luke 6:38, Give & it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together & running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

If people want to temporarily give up certain things for Lent as a sign of love for their Savior, that’s fine. But what Christ is really concerned about is what’s in your heart.

In Luke 7:36-50 we learn that your love for the Lord is related to your estimate of how greatly you have sinned & how much he has forgiven you. It is not how much you sin, but how deeply you feel it that matters.

Forgiveness In Many Cases Is Not Possible Because We Will Not Stop Talking. As long as we talk over & over again about how others have hurt us, we will never find the strength to forgive. At some point, we have to stop talking & start forgiving.

God is greatly glorified when we do not give up in prayer. Not all our prayers have been answered—yet!!! Do not give up & don’t stop praying. Keep believing & keep on praying. You never know what God will do.
