In this episode, I’m reflecting on a question that stopped me in my tracks one evening: does success look like this? Twelve years ago, I would have answered that very differently. Back then, success looked like urgency, pressure, late nights, and constant productivity. I had tied success to being busy, running on adrenaline, and being rushed off my feet. But as I look back now, I can see that this version of success was edging far too close to burnout.
I’m sharing the quiet moment that shifted everything for me, when my son turned 12 and I realised how much I would have missed if I had stayed on the same path. This episode is about the cost of chasing the wrong version of success, and how asking better questions can completely change the way you see your life and business.
We’ll also explore what success looks like for me now. A version that still includes meaningful work, growth, and ambition, but also peace, presence, fulfilment, and sustainability. If you have ever found yourself questioning whether the version of success you are chasing is actually one you want, this episode will give you something to sit with.
