When I was working in the hospital system, if a patient presented with a history of TB - you knew you were up for a challenge. A terrible disease that causes so many problems for people.

In NWM - there's also a type of TB that will cause a lot of problems in your business. 

Once this disease takes hold, it can be very hard to stop.
