Van Palmer is the owner of the Rock Jocky bar. A popular place for Military and Merchant spacers to relax and enjoy a drink or two. Just make sure no one starts any trouble or tries to make shady deals. He is not above tossing the participants out with prejudice. Speaking of prejudice, while alien visitors are rare, they will find Van... cold toward them. Is it just a lack of exposure, or something else? No one knows. It is just as likely that Van is sleep deprived and the patterns on their skin gives Van a headache. Submitted by Steve!
