Carlos González de Villaumbrosia, Founder and CEO of Product School joins us in sharing his behind-the-scenes struggles, experiences writing The Product Book, on how we should fulfill a problem space first and think about things like monetization later.

We continue to struggle to meet our goals but rather than being driven by deadlines, we decide to find the best ways that work for us to get things done effectively. Another plan is created to determine how to synthesize the interviews that have been done so far. Helen also shares her experience doing another thing with a friend.

We fell off from our weekly meetings and now we are trying to find a consistent way to work towards our goal. We discuss the challenges we have had so far while doing this thing and talk through ways to mitigate blockers. Lastly, we discuss how to MVP this book.
