I’m excited to be joined today by my very own accountant, Andrea Pearce from Dream Accounting and Advisory. Andrea does accounting differently and I also consider her to be the accounting version of me so today's episode will be so much fun! 

In this episode, we’re discussing how deciding to do accounting differently has set Andrea apart in her industry and allows her to run her business in an aligned and authentic way. As the owner, she was able to create a point of difference from other accounting firms from the onset and pivot when she needed to. They were paperless from the beginning, she encourages her employees to write in their authentic voice when emailing clients, and she frequently communicates through video - to name a few. 

Now numbers used to not interest me, I would stick my head in the sand and try to ignore them. But now, after working with Andrea, I finally understand them and it feels empowering. I have referred many clients to her and have always had tremendous feedback. 

Andrea shares her top 3 ways to have a positive relationship with your accountant and what you should be on the look out for when searching for the perfect match.
