Over two in five men (43 %) admitted to regularly feeling worried or low compared to 53 per cent of women. Since the coronavirus pandemic hit in 2020 the impact on our mental health has been significant, with more and more of us recognising a change in our mindset. The Samaritans recently reported that 42% of caller have been male & men are stating that "pandemic restrictions have had a negative impact on my mental health, I need help!"

Meet John & Chase from "We Don't Do Deep"  @W.D.D.D  Fellow podcasters & Mental Health advocates  who take up the opportunity to talk shallow when taking  a break from the deep stuff.

John's work has been highly recognised in Lincolnshire where is lives, but now country wide with his increased offering of support to Men, offering them the opportunity to share their personal stories.

While he is a father of 3, his professional destiny is forever entangled with the world of cinema, theatre and acting, one of Chase Marks’ talents is relating to other people. He is the voice behind Bystanders – a mental health podcast that tells the stories of partners, carers and professionals coping with empathy destress.
